Welcome to SK.N Travels. By booking or using our car rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

SKN Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

Rental period starts from the time the vehicle is handed over.

Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Driver & Usage

Vehicles must be driven only by authorized drivers with a valid driving license.

Customers must adhere to traffic rules and safety regulations.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

4. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a certain level of fuel and must be returned with the same level.

Extra fuel charges may apply if not returned accordingly.

5. Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.

Insurance coverage (if provided) will be subject to policy terms.

Any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties during the rental are the renter’s responsibility.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply based on timing and company policy.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–10 business days].

7. SK.N Travels Rights

SKN Travels reserves the right to deny service to any customer for safety or policy reasons.
